More about Mike Gough​

Mike has over 30 years of leadership in business process optimization, sourcing, and strategy. Currently, he focuses on providing digital labor and outsourcing direction to KPMG Management Consulting clients. As a part of the digital labor strategic task force, he provides intellectual property and direction around financial aspects of digital labor including opportunity analysis and business case development.

Mike is the co-author of Capitalizing on robotics: Driving savings with digital labor, a white paper based on his experiences helping clients assess the expected financial impact of digital labor. The white paper evaluates the unique savings drivers of the 3 types of digital labor as well as the overall savings drivers associated with digital labor. In addition, he brings his experience as a Financial Architect to develop future state scenario models, financial analysis of business practices, and examination of deal structures for large scale ITO, BPO, and shared services opportunities.

Previously, he was at EDS, Compaq and EquaTerra where he led client IT and other corporate function leadership teams through operational and financial assessments of current operations, analysis of cost drivers, and development of cost reduction strategies.

More about Martyn Christian

Martyn has spent the last 25 years as a thought leader and visionary in marketing and product portfolio strategy for leading global software & solution companies including his roles as CMO at FileNet Corporation, IBM’s Enterprise Content Management Division and Kofax Ltd. He has led the development and implementation of market-defining corporate strategies, market entries, and acquisitions and exits in both North America and Europe and has also run sales and marketing operations for infrastructure and application software business units globally. A veteran of the digital content and business process management markets, Martyn helped grow these markets through his work with AIIM where he was Chair from 2005-7.

He has in-depth “transatlantic” experience in major growth initiatives including implementing IBM’s best practice for lead generation, acquiring market-leading European software companies and launching major brand initiatives including IBM’s Smarter Planet campaign.

He is an accomplished public speaker on the topics of corporate positioning, product strategy and marketing leadership and is a guest speaker at UCLA Anderson and USC Marshall Schools of Business.

In addition to being a Managing Partner of UNDRSTND, Martyn is currently Non-Executive Chairman of privately held TrackerRMS, a SaaS CRM solutions company based in UK & USA. Martyn has a BA in Business Studies from Coventry University and shares his time between homes in London and Laguna Beach, CA.

More about Andrew Rayner

Andrew has over 10 years experience as a Software Engineer and Solution Architect, designing and building large enterprise applications for global companies. In 2013, Andrew joined at start-up called Genfour as their CTO, focusing on Intelligent Automation. Over 4 years he drove the technology strategy, industrialised the implementation approach, and built strong partnerships with a number of different software providers. In April 2017, Accenture acquired Genfour to expand their Intelligent Automation capability in Europe. Andrew now works for UiPath as their Product Director, driving innovation and helping partners to deliver industry strength automation.

More about Arjun Sambamoorthy

Arjun is an experienced Software Developer working at Netskope primarily focusing on content inspection technologies like Data Loss Prevention and Deep API Inspection. His area of interest also includes scaling the content inspection solution and making it available across Netskope's global data centers. Before Netskope, he has worked with Juniper Networks on Unified Threat Management technologies and with Sipera Systems as a VoiP security researcher. He has 4 patents in the security domain and has presented his research findings in security conferences like, DEFCON and ToorCon.

More about Claudio Chaves Jr.

Claudio is an experienced technology professional focused on information and content management technologies with several successful project implementations in different industries. He has been working with pre-sales, product management, and software development over the past 20 years, acting in distinct roles, such as, system integrator, software provider and BPO. Claudio has implemented advanced capture components from major ECM and Data Capture players in large BPO operations, providing automation in different processes, such as accounts opening, cars loan, mortgage, accounts payables, etc. Over the last four years, he has been studying, designing and developing applications and services, involving areas such as Mobile Capture, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Image Processing, OCR, Real Time Recognition, BLE, RFID and Beacons. Claudio earned his MBA in Project Management and BA in Data Processing. In the ECM and data capture arena, he has also earned certifications such as AIIM ECM Master and CompTIA CDIA+.

More about Reid Blackburn

Reid Blackburn is the Director of Automation at Fisher’s Technology in Boise and a member of the company’s board of directors.

He joined Fisher’s Technology in 2014, bringing more than 20 years of technology industry leadership, professional services consulting, and executive management experience to his role with the company.

Reid manages a team of design/implementation engineers and project management professionals, all keenly focused on delivering an exceptional client experience in the advanced capture, workflow and content management space. He has served on several technical advisory councils in the rocky mountain and northwest regions and is an active supporter of community help programs in Boise, Idaho where he resides with his family.

Prior to Fisher’s, his roles have included Area Manager at Danka Office Imaging and Senior Managing Consultant at Ricoh Americas, where he held a variety of management, sales, and marketing roles, to streamline operations, strengthen the product line, and drive growth.

More about Richard Perry

Richard Perry is CTSI-Global’s Vice President of Global Product Management. For more than 15 years Richard has lead and successfully implemented strategic planning projects. His areas of expertise include system analysis, process development and the design of training material and programs within the areas Freight Audit and Payment, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Product Management. Prior to his current role at CTSI-Global, Richard has also served as Manager Client Services, Director of Implementations and VP of Global Product Management.
